Slow food is healthier than fast food.

Then, researchers at the University of South Carolina compared appetizers from 60 slow food restaurants with fast food restaurants, and they found that slow food restaurants had an average of 200 calories more than fast food.

Researchers can provide an explanation by linking obesity with human tendencies to eat fast food.

Because it is known from the ingredients and methods of making fast food, fast food is known as the main cause of obesity.

In the 1960s and 1980s, employees of fast food restaurants were teenagers who worked after school to get pocket money.

According to the latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average age of fast food food employees is just over 26 years old.
